This squat barbell is a great tool and has been specially created with the two side bends and the memory foam-covered front sockets to provide more comfort in squat training.
The difficulty of performing the squat will remain the same, plus you will reach the activation of all the muscle groups of the back and shoulders as simultaneously performing the back and the front squat.
