Anyone watching the CrossFit games may still remember the 19.3 challenge, in which it was necessary to perform 50 handstand push-ups. This may sound like something simple, but believe us when we say that it takes a lot of effort to strengthen the muscles of the upper torso and perform this exercise properly.
